8 Healing Crystals For Beginners (For Emotional, Physical, Mental & Spiritual Health)

Ancient civilizations from Egypt to Mexico, have been using crystals for healing and spiritual practices. The oldest record can be found in Chinese texts dating back to 5,000 years ago. Crystals are formed from minerals in the earth’s surface and each individual crystal has its own precise atomic arrangement. Crystals give off their own higher frequency which positively affects our energetic field, such as our chakras and aura. Crystals are used to this day in watches, lasers and can store data as quartz computer chips.

While using crystals as a tool for your healing and spiritual practice, it is important to cleanse your crystals first as it helps clear them of unwanted or stagnant energy.

You can do this by smudging, (Kindly refer to the blog post below for more information on smudging) with water, visualization meditation, sunlight or moonlight.
